Our psychologists can provide assessments of males and females that are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983, as amended 2007, for the use in Tier One Mental Health Tribunal Hearings.

• Learning Disability

• Asperger’s Syndrome
• Appropriateness of treatment currently being provided
• Review of treatment currently being provided
• Suitability for transfer to alternative settings

Reports will be provided in adequate time for the hearing and psychologists can be available to attend the hearing, if required, to give evidence in person.
