We have a long history of providing such training to both private and public organisations, having provided training for both healthcare staff and social services staff.

When we receive a request to carry out training, if required, we would meet with you to discuss your requirements to ensure that our training package is developed with your specific needs in mind and can be made bespoke to your service. We then provide a training outline based upon that discussion, which can be revised in liaison with yourselves until you are happy with the proposal, after which we can modify or create the training package and begin the training.

We can provide training to groups of your staff either on your site or at a convenient location.

As we are providing training to groups of your staff, the training costs are significantly reduced compared to sending individual staff onto training events, the costs of which often leads to only small numbers of staff being trained and thus the benefits of that training being limited or lost over time.
